Sports Injuries

It's generally accepted that when you take part in a game of sport either for fun or in a professional capacity that a certain amount of risk inherent in the activity.  However there can be circumstances under which sporting injuries are suffered as a result of negligence or the fault of others.  If a game or match is not appropriately supervised, or incorrect instructions are provided and an injury is sustained then their may be grounds for compensation.  Similarly, if faulty equipment or poorly maintained grounds are the cause of an injury you should seek advice as to whether or not you may be able to claim.
