As the claimant you are given 6 years from the date of the wrong-doing to bring a claim for compensation as opposed to the standard 3.

A claim for Professional Negligence can be made against almost any professional whom you feel has mishandled a matter on your behalf.  For example: if you lose out due to an under valuation made by a surveyor or your solicitor fails to meet vital limitation dates and causes you to miss out on a settlement.

However, we do not accept claims in relation to Clinical Negligence.
