The wrong kind of trip
A 65 year old lady suffered an injury on a package holiday to Goa which she booked with a well known travel agency.
The apartment in which our client was staying was fitted with a faulty Air Conditioning unit which leaked condensation onto the tiled floor. This caused the claimant to slip and she suffered a fracture to her right foot.
The defendants denied any knowledge of the accidents occurrence but damages were ultimately awarded in the sum of £2,300.
