Successful motorcycle accident claim
Our client, a man from Preston sought compensation following a motorcycle accident. The claimant was hit by a driver who emerged from a junction and collided with the motorcyclist.
The motorcycle sustained structural damage and the client suffered injury to his left foot and knee. The defendants denied liability throughout but the claim was settled and our client received compensation in the sum of £1,520.
