Road Traffic Accident Claims for Blackburn Children's Club
We acted on behalf of around 38 adults and children when a club from Blackburn, aimed at 6-16 year olds, were involved in a RTA.
The children and their parents were attending a competition and had hired a double-decker bus for the journey. On their way home the bus tried to pass under a bridge which was far too low and collided with it. Fortunately the injuries were not too serious, ranging from disturbed sleep to physical injuries such as whiplash and glass cuts. Several passengers underwent psychological treatment to help them recover from the accident.
Settlements ranged from £500 to £7500.
