Professional Negligence Claim after a Road Traffic Accident
Our clients, a married couple, were involved in a road traffic accident whilst passengers in a car driven by another member of their family.
After their road traffic accident, the couple were approached by a firm of referrers who put them in touch with another firm of solicitors with whom they decided to make a claim for damages for their personal injury. Damages were agreed by the claimants but the solicitors failed to inform either the defendants’ insurers or the M.I.B of the claim therefore the defendants were not liable.
The claimants came to Smith Jones for advice regarding their solicitor. They received £25,000 for the previous solicitors’ negligence.
