The impact of the collision threw our client forward in his seat causing him to strike his mouth on the seat in front of him. As a result, the passenger lost a front tooth and suffered a mild psychological reaction.
He was examined by both a general expert and a dental expert to establish the extent of the injuries he had suffered and his future prognosis. He was also given estimates regarding the cost of restorative dental treatment.
