Our client in this case suffered a personal injury following a Road Traffic Accident in Ormskirk.
She was the driver of her vehicle when she was struck by another car emerging from a side turning. There was extensive damage to her car and the air bags were activated. The car subsequently had to be written off.
The client was initially aware of a large gash to the front of her shin and later developed chest pain in her ribs and back. She was taken to hospital where she was fully assessed and then discharged. Our clients pain continued and the gash on her shin became infected.
Following further medical attention the client received £4,500 in compensation for her injuries.
