Smith Jones recently settled a claim for a client from Birmingham who sought compensation following a Road Traffic Accident.
Our client was stationary at a set of traffic lights when another vehicle collided with the rear of his vehicle. He suffered a whiplash injury and was treated by a physiotherapist. The treatment helped to alleviate the pain in his neck but he continued to suffer daily with the pain in his chest. Following treatment from an Osteopath the pain started to improve.
Following discussions over loss of earnings and further treatment, the client's claim for compensation was settled for £5,000.
