Can I make a claim for compensation?

Each year, some 3 million people suffer injuries because of an accident that was not their fault. Only one in every four people make a claim for compensation, usually because they are unsure of how to start their claim, or anxious at dealing with lawyers.  Generally speaking you can only claim if the accident was the fault of another party or they were in breach of the Law.
